My name is Tao H. Arellano, I was born in 1993 in México city, México. When I was eleven, my dream of becoming a biologist was born. Everything started in a trip to the cenotes in Yucatán with my family, a state located in the south-east of México. When I was swimming in a natural pool, I saw a group of scientists searching for a species of small blind fish. I was curious about what they were doing, so I started asking questions. Most of them didn’t pay attention to me, except one biologist. He explained what they where doing and all of the plans they had. I was very inspired so I decide to study this profession. The first thing I did was a diving course and later started to study biology at the F.E.S, UNAM. I learn a lot, from the basis of the quemestry to complex ecology.
