I come from a small, Inuit town on the coast of Labrador. Our population is only about 350 people. Growing up, I went out on the land with my family and hunted and fished. I still do that today. I also still take part in the making of traditional Inuit clothing, such as sealskin mittens, slippers and boots. I am currently learning Inuktitut in school, which overjoys me because our Rigolet dialect is almost lost completely. I am also in the Junior Canadian Rangers, ranking in at Master Corporal. I love to be on the stage acting, as well as portraying all other forms of art.
