The Students on Ice core team is made up of a dynamic office staff who work year-round to make the expeditions and other programs a reality. In the summer the team often expands to include alumni and seasonal team members who help with the Arctic expedition.
A global team of scientists, elders, artists, musicians, historians, and industry leaders who help to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation for the Polar Regions through cross-disciplinary learning.
The SOI Foundation is supported by a senior Board of Advisors, comprised of leaders in Polar Science, Industry, Media and Government.
