What Happens at the Poles Affects Us All: IPY Polar Week

21

Today marks the end of the International Polar Week themed “What Happens at the Poles Affects Us All”.

Students, scientists and educators around the world have been celebrating this Polar Week in a number of ways including presentations, radio shows, blogging, spontaneous events and media coverage!

One very easy way to contribute is by launching a virtual balloon, especially if you have presented or held a Polar event this week. How do you do this, you might ask?

Follow the simple steps here:

It takes only a few minutes and is a great way to get involved!

Hope you are doing well. For those of you in Canada – have a lovely Thanksgiving!
